  1. I agree totally on your thoughts related to judgement. I have the strong intention to check those at the door and quickly, if possible. The world doesn't need them. Ron

    1. Hey Ron,

      Just want to share with you what a friend shared with my about the word intention. Basically it is more of a maybe, like I intend to do this or that. She suggested that I use the word intent. Sort'a like my intent is to do this. So one is thinking about it and the other is the decision to do it.

      Just wanted to share this idea because I have had other people point out the power behind words.

  2. I think we all need to be vigilant about our thoughts as they do impact our behavior. But awareness is the most important and first step. Good for you, and me and all who at least are trying to rise above the superficial, materialistic thinking that we have been socialized into. Those thoughts aren't the genuine YOU, they are the defenses you spoke of, and are a dysfunctional coping mechanism. YOU are the heartful, genuine person you take the energy to project when actually interacting with people. Your awareness sets you free.....
